Thread starter dgtal36 Start date Sep 5, Installation seemed to go straight forward until I reached the very last part of the process. I cut the vacuum line that was shown in the installation video and attached the tee that connects it to the vacuum line on the BOV. Problem is that now I'm getting flutter that I can hear from the cold air intake instead of the actual blowoff valve.

Blow off valve doesn't seem to make any noise at all. I'm not sure if I cut the wrong vacuum line but does anyone have any suggestions?

In addition, I left the sensor that was plugged into the stock BOV unplugged. I'm not sure what to do with it. Also, I left the cold air intake opening where the blow off valve would recirculate, uncovered. Should I cover it? Kevin M. Last edited: Sep 5, When do you hear the noise? Mine seems to do it at lower RPMs and from what I understand that's sort of normal and not harmful. If it were to flutter at full boost that's another story.

I believe the larger intercooler plays a role as well. Interested to see what others have to say on this matter though. Your email address will not be published. Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.

Welcome to Agency Power! Loosen clamps to allow for factory tubing to remove from T-fitting. Remove factory re-circulation tube by un-clamping the tube from factory valve and air tube.

With supplied cap and clamp. Install over factory port from air intake tube and tighten. Use the supplied 8 bolts and tighten down the blow off valve. Start with the cap on the valve set to its maximum softest setting. Do not rotate past the O-Ring. The O-Ring should be completely covered by the cap.

Start the vehicle and let it idle. The port should be closed off by the piston and not floating or moving.
