Try copying an icon to that folder and use that filename and see if it picks it up. If not, Have you tried repairing the Acrobat installation? I don't know if the path changed for the release. First, thank you for assisting me on trying to resolve this very frustrating issue In the file path specified, I tried copying an existing icon and renaming it to OLE2.
The issue is still not resolved. Any other suggestions?
